Triggers question

I really don't know how to name this thread in a better way.

I just have a general question about this tutorial. Where can I find the triggers that are described in pt. 2? How can I use them? I am looking for a trigger that changes the max life of units.

What triggers can't you find? Examples of what I saw in Part II == Attacked Unit, Triggering Unit etc..

For what you want to do.. there is no "easy" trigger (GUI) solution, I think you should look into the Bonus Mod System.

Well, there's a "property" indexed in this tutorial, and it does claim to be GUI.

There are more "property" actions, so it's hard to find out which one you mean.

My question is, are those related to the functions only, and is it possible to change them via gui (that is, assign different values to maxlife, for example).

You need to have an ability to modify the max life of units. And for other properties also like armor. I recommend using a bonus stat system if you need many different values, if you only need one or a few values, use your own system.

No way it can be done by GUI triggers and custom script? Cause it is only for a side mission in a campaign.

To decrease the max life of all undead units on map by percentage every time a unit of a specific unit type is killed.

Then use a bonus ability system, but copy only the health abilities.

Problem in both cases: the numbers they work with are percentages of THE ORIGINAL (e.g. the one in object editor) maxlife. I wanna make it in a way that each time it goes down by 5% of the current maxlife.

Well, in that case there is no easy way.

You'll probably need a bonusmod and some kind of wrapper.
