[Trigger] Trigger question/request

In my rpg, when you eneter a boss area, the boss music starts up(go figure!) but anyway, when you have a party of heroes of heroes this triggers several times upon entering the region, making the music start up several times and sounds stupid, is there a way to make the music start up once only, without turning the trigger off for good, or put a delay on the trigger activating again? for say 20 seconds?
