Ok maybe someone could make me a trigger? (i think it's easy for those who are pro in making triggers)

1st Request:
I'll use the following variables to substitute units and stuff..

x = hero 1
y = hero 2
z = ability

at first "x" is neutral passive but when "y" uses "z" to "x", "x" will become a neutral (attackable)

2nd Request:
There are many heroes on the map owned by Player 12, every 5 minutes all this hero owned by player 12 will be revived.. (same level and EXP)

3rd Request:
I'll use the following variables to substitute units and stuff

x = item 1
y = item 2
z = item 3
a = you
b = heroes' enemy

when "a" uses "x" and target it to "b" 10% that "a" will own "b" as it's own unit.
when "a" uses "y" and target it to "b" 25% that "a" will own "b" as it's own unit.
when "a" uses "z" and target it to "b" 50% that "a" will own "b" as it's own unit.

then the item disappears.

I'll need 4 demo maps the 3 includes this 3 different triggers and the one includes all of this in one map t.y +rep if you help
