Trigger bbcode?

Hi all, i read an announcement somewhere telling how to use this code, i think it said that i should just copy my trigger and paste in the trigger tags.. However nothing appeared when i did this, can some one please explain how to use those?

Look in the trigger editor, view your trigger, right click it and select "Copy as Text" and then paste it between the [trigger][/trigger] tags and it will work.
