Traveling like in the Orc TFT Campaign

I was playing the campaining of Rexar and when Rexar was going to the end of the map to some quest he teleported but ther was a loading screen when he was teleporting and he was teleported in to another map so if u get my point.Is it possible that i make somehting like that for my rpg ?

Yes, it is possible. You need to create a seperate map for each area you want to have. Then you need to put them together with triggers. You also need to put them together in the Campaign Editor.

Bear in mind that you can't make these kinds of maps for online play.

I know this isn't very detailed, but I still need to refresh my mapping skillz.

Hahaha, at least you're honest!

It's mostly just cache work. Worth it if you really want to have a nice single player RPG with multiple zones.
