Trade options, possible ? {being able to send only one type of resource}

Lets say i have 2 players in force 1 and 2 in force 2.
So this is 2 vs. 2.
Player1 and player2, player3 and player4.
For player2 i want to be able send gold and lumber to player1.
And player1 cant send lumber to player2 but can send gold.

Possible ?

Only by triggers.
Like Player send gold, if trigger player != player 2, then remove amount of sent gold and add it back to the player who sent it.

Hm, i cant find event that triggers that action, can you tell me correct name of event ?

I don't think there's such an event in GUI. You should turn off all trading and make substring triggers like '-lumber 1 300' and '-gold 2 750', which gives 300 lumber to player 1 or 750 gold to player 2.
