torch / lamp lighting effect

anyone know if this is a model or texture or what, and if i can add it to a region or another model? i'm refering to the light emitted from a glowing torch / lampthing

That's the same thing I have been wondering. You can get a custom model from Ultimate Terraining Map (Terraining Challenge) that gives only the light effect but if the effect is massed it will make the terrain look strange.

Here ya go. These come from the package of WEU. These are the 'light' models. All they do is give off light. (different colors)

In the import manager, everything needs the path:
Objects\Lights\
