[General] Lightsource Effect

Hi all.

I like to add an effect of a torch / light post to a unit. Or if possible give the unit a torch. However it would be much better for me if I can somehow add a lightsource effect and set the range of it.

Does anyone know how its done? Or if its a model/effect can you link me to it?
