What can I change to make only ONE "Hidden Item" appear when in the region!?

A unit leaves Region 000

Actions - pick every item in Region 000 and remove picked item from the game.

might be even better
and if you make a variable of type integer and add a condition like

if integer less than 5
set integer = integer + 1

you can modify the number of items created to any number you like
