Question 1: TimerStart(yourTimer, TimerGetRemaining(yourTimer) + addedTime, <whatever this is>, yourCallback)
Question 2: As far as I experienced, it does not. If you wanna be sure, you can pause the timer before destroying it because there are reported bugs that sometimes they do.
If you start an already started timer before it finishes, the original time to wait will be overwritten. IE, the timer will only ever finish once, and only with the most recent set time to wait.
