THW Modding Fest suggestion

This is the fest that can force users to be more active in Arena and receive some more rep. The principle is like in real cinema festivals - there will be nominations, nominated maps and rep awards. So this is a sort of massive contest. The nominations like 'The most perspective project (from non-hosted projects)', 'Best cinematic map', 'Most funny map' and 'The most popular map' can be as a variants.
Of course we can also keep a secret part of the fest that will include some events for the users like 'Guess a map' or 'Hive usernames' (where the users must post usernames one by one but following one rule - the next posted username must begin from the letter that is last on current posted username. The most active user in the thread can be awarded).
Some interesting material about upcoming projects can also be included. Your ideas can be included too.
The duration of fest can vary from 3 days to 1 week.

Do you t-up this idea?

Interesting idea for sure, but it already deviates from the Arena's setup and rules: the "submission" must be specifically made for the contest(s), the submission must be completed within the given period of time and no previous work is allowed. I am afraid it could be another kind of an event, that has nothing to do with the Arena itself.

@Pharaoh_,
You know, this idea is more global than just contest series for the Arena. This is the fest that can touch every THW active member - he can be mapmaker, gamer or just chatting person.
It deviates from Arena's rules about submission but who can deny us to have this rule supported? No one. People can just make maps preparing for the fest and the deadline will be the beginning of it.
