Grom's axe is criminally small. :< He needs an upgrade (Blackhand's weapon, for reference, might almost be a little too big)

The axe size is alright. It's actually a bit too big.
But then again that's just my preference for realistic weapon sizes as opposed to cartoonishly oversized weapons. Either way resizing weapons is novice stuff especially if it's shrinking them.

I think the grom body itself is too bulky compared to the standard WC3 model? Is it possible to have it downsized a bit to fit, @Ujimasa Hojo?

It's because it's Thrall's body with the Grom Texture.

The problem with the Mag'har versions is that there aren't any existing skin that could fit that sort of role
