Think of bad things that you want to do in a sandbox game/map.

Something like :
- Robbery/Theft
- Murder (Human and Animals)
...

[add more to the list]

(Anything sexual or sensitive actions [like naming an individual and murder it in a simulation etc.] are not allowed)

• Trick others into doing things you want them to do/things that are harmful to themselves.
• Gain power/prestige/notoriety.
• Harm enemies.
• Coerce allies into doing things that are beneficial to you.
• Acquire funds.
• Influence the powerful elite to do things that benefit you.

Slavery of the chattal and debt bondage type
Making people feel powerless and desperate
Locking someones soul into an inanimate object (or give sentience like that butter passing robot from rick and morty)
Pollution (in a game it could be fel magic pollution)
Damage to nature like deforestation, climate change or destabilising animal populations
Creations conditions for slums to form (so the player doesn't build the slum, the player makes people poor and doesn't provide housing so they make their own slums which grow out of your control)
Creating a powerful berzerk mutated animal and releasing it into the wild
Creating a plague (in a sandbox map maybe customise the plague, like the player is a mad scientist)
Creating an army of automata
