what are villager's "stand flesh first" and "stand flesh seceond" animations for?

It's used for the human campaign. That cinematic after the mission that requires you to kill 100 infected villagers against... err... Tichondrius? There are scenes where you can see a villager putting that corpse in a pile. And that's all there is I think.
