Started off as for the mysterious thing, but it kinda got off track - big, wide spaces = not good for mystery.

The light and all is good but I don't get what a lighthouse would do out in the forest. And if it's close to water we can't see, why would it need to be alight when the sun still seems to be up?

Also, the mountains look more like hills because of their position and heigt.

Big spaces can be good for mysteries. If they are big mysteries, like how George W. Bush got elected twice =D Or Godzilla, he is a mystery.

umm...

between the mountains and the trees, the transition is kinda... not so good.

the sky is good, but i suggest making the mountains have more space and depth and range. Prehaps making the fog closer, so that the mountains are covered in fog. making them seem farther away.

seeing the texture of the mountains in the back really killed it for me. work on it though..it has epic potential. Like add a bright sun, and move the mountains back or make the fog closer and it could be epic.
