Hi all,
I'm trying to make a basic castle wall, but the default walls in the editor do not connect right. There is a gap between every two doodads. I can't make it look like a continuous wall.
I have no idea what is wrong. Is my editor 'broken' or something? I have seen other maps with the walls fitting together perfectly, but not on mine. Using a new model for a wall is fine, but i want to figure out what's wrong with the default walls.
Any ideas how to fix this?

If I'm understanding right, the problem's probably that the wall's pathing texture is too large for what you're trying to do.
Go to the wall doodad's settings, go to "Pathing Texture" and try to pick something a bit more size-appropriate. Picking something smaller will mean the walls can be placed much closer together. Although keep in mind that if it's too small, units might be able to walk through it or it just might not look right.
Or if you really have to you could increase the scale of the walls so it looks more appropriate, which shouldn't affect the pathing.
Hope that works.

If it's like this:

Then you only need to change the variations, and it should work fine ;)
