Since Aeroblyctos is working day and night for the upcoming TCO verison 1.9 . I have came up with a thread for suggestions of new items or skills for the playable heros . Feel Free for any suggestions.
Here is some of my suggestions.I group my item suggestions to 5 types . Normal , rare , unique , Godly , Legendary , mythical
Unique Agi set for Fradz
DeadMan Set ( 4 pierces)
DeadMan's Legacy (Helm)
+25 agi + 15% attack speed + 10% max HP .Special ability (Detects invisible units . 30 second cooldown )
DeadMan's Carnage (Dagger )
+130 + 15% attack speed + 10% lifesteal
DeadMan's Vengeance (Chest Armor )
+15 to all stats + 10 armor + 20 hp /15 mp regen per second .Special ability *Passive*( Chance to Gain 3% of your total hp while being attacked * Stacks while being attacked by multiple mobs )

Grand magus's Forgotten Arts (Belt)
GIVES NO STATS BONUSES Special ability (Creates 1 imperfect clone of yourself for 10x your int in seconds )
The clone is controllable and can use items and spells but does not last forever CLICKABLE

Maybe make a story behind each set or item. As the items i suggest are mainly game-end or really good items . Boss-drops or requires really high dig power? The Eternal King set for Phodom , maybe some where later in the chapters it appears to him that he was born to be the next eternal king to rule the land or safe the people from the dragons , blah blah blah . (Storyline suggestion)

Skills/Abillities here! part 1
New Ultimate for Galeoth
Grand Icy Prison (Single Target)
Cooldown: 180 seconds
Mana cost : 300(+15 per level )
What is does : Deals 1000 pure damage+(intx10) to a target . Freezing it in its place for 5 seconds , while frozen the target takes (intx0.5 % more damage from all sources Physical and magical ) . After the 10 seconds duration , target is slowed by 30% in its attack speed and movement speed for a further 5 seconds.
Power Level increase by intelligence
Max Level of spell : 10
Each Level of spell give:
1)+100 pure damage dealt
2)increase freezing time by 1 second
3)Decrease cooldown by 10 seconds
4)Increase slow duration by 1 second
Animation Suggestion : Five Panels of ice crashes the target from all sides , upon hitting a huge icey explosion occurs and a glacier rose from the ground and stays there untill the freezing duration of the spell expires. During the entire duration of the spell , the map starts to have snowfall . (Maybe you can add in more to be creative and fancy Aeroblyctos ).

Element Ability for Fradz
Path of Vengeance (Passive)
What it does : Passively giving fradz 5% evasion . Whenever an enemy miss an attack on Fradz , an lightning clone quickly appears behind the enemy dealing (3xFradz Agi in physical damage)

**theres a 10% chance of 3 clones appearing behind the enemy doing a 600 AOE nuke** dealing 4xFradz Agi in physical damage)**
Note:This counter cannot miss
Max Level of spell : 10
Each Level of spell give:
1)2% Evasion
2)+0.5% chance on triple clones
Bonus
+When Skill is maxed out , the backstab now deals pure damage.

New Ultimate for Phodom (@)
Blazing Sentinel
Cooldown:180 seconds (Self)
Mana cost :30% Mana and 50% Hitpoints
What it does : Phodom gets pumped up for 30seconds! Reduce base attack time to 1.20 per second . Phodom nows gains 30% cleave in an 600 AOE . In this form you gains 20% damage reduction ,30 armor and 1% increased attack speed and 2% damage for each 7% of missing health. (Capped at 50% attack speed and 100% damage )
*Every Second hit you deal 3x normal damage
*Every Third hit you knock back the target dealing 5x Str in pure damage
*Every Fifth hit you have 5% chance of calling down a meteor from the sky raining down to your enemies dealing 5xSTR of Phodom in a 1000 AOE and mini stunning everything in that area.
(Note . The hits must contact on the same target or elses it gets resetted . )
(Note . This special ability automatic resets at the fifth hit or you switch targets .)
Max Level of spell : 10
Each Level of spell give:
1)5% Cleave
2)-0.2 base attack time
3)Reduce Cooldown for 5 seconds per level
4)Increase spell duration for 3 seconds per level
5)Increase chance of calling down a meteor at the fifth hit by 2 % per level
If you manage to called down 3 meteor strikes from 3 of your fifth strikes in a row . You summon a burning infernal.
Infernal has 60% of Phodom's damage , stats , attack speed and hp . 100 movement speed and no items.
Two passives :Molten Fist (20% deals 500 pure damage to the target and reduce 10 armor for 10 seconds )
:Echoing Guardian (When the infernal is killed . Phodom gains 100% lifesteal for 2 seconds.
ONLY ONE INFERNAL CAN BE SUMMONED AT A TIME!

New Ultimate for Phodom (@)
Hammer of Ancients
Cooldown:80 seconds (Area)
Mana cost : 300 Mana
What is does :Summon 4 hammers that circles around your hero dealing damage . Each hammer has a special effect , and hammers circle around Phodom within a 500 Area and damage any enemies within that range.
Dire Hammer 1)The hammer burns all enemies within the 500 for 8% of their total hitpoints per second (2% to bosses)
Blazing Hammer 2) The hammer melts all enemies , reducing their armor by 20 and if any enemies die within the 500 area , it explodes and deals 7x Str within 200 area from that dead target.
Purifying Hammer 3)The hammer smites all enemies , blinding enemies giving them 15% chance to miss on attacks. Each enemy dead within the 500 area heals Phodom 50% of the enemy's TOTAL hitpoints.
Iron Hammer 4) The hammers crashes all enemies , enemies within the 500 range gets mini stunned for 0.2 seconds every 4 seconds . You also gains 2 armor per enemy killed within the 500 area . CAPPED AT 50 OR TILL THE SPELL DURATION EXPIRES.
This spell last 30 seconds
Max Level of spell : 10
Each Level of spell give:
1)+0.15% against bosses for Dire Hammer
2)+1 armor reduction for Blazing Hammer
3)+2% miss chance for enemies Purifying Hammer
4)+0.05 second mini stun Iron Hammer
5)Reduces the cooldown by 2 seconds
Special thoughts on this ultimate
I guess its not such a huge or massive type of ultimate . It has a short cooldown and it makes Phodom more useful against all kinds of enemies because some enemies have annoying abilities . And it pwns against bosses .

AoE Ability for Fradz
Static Echo (Area)
Cooldown: 18 seconds
Cost : 10% Hitpoints
What it does : Fradz immediately strikes the nearest 6 enemy target dealing 10xAgi PURE damage to each target. If the targets are within 500 range of each other , Fradz hit BOTH targets 2 times. Max of 12 strikes across 6 enemies.
Max Level of spell : 10
Each Level of spell give:
1)+0.5x Agi multiple
2)Each level gains 0.5% chance of TRIPLE strike if the targets are within 500 range of each other (Total of 18 strikes)

Ultimate Ability Fradz (@)
Heaven's Calling (Self)
Cooldown :150 seconds
Cost : 500 Mana
What it does : When the time comes , Fradz forsakes his duel swords and accepts the mighty Mjolnir from the nine heavens. Fradz loses 10% attack speed but gains a cleaving attack 30%.
1)Special ability : Grand Slam Fradz now have a 10% chance of leaping into the air for a 1.5 seconds delay and crushing the ground . Dealing damage 20x agi to all enemies within 1500 range.
(If Fradz got stunned or disabled within the 1.5 seconds delay , Fradz falls to the ground stunning himself for 2 seconds.)
2)Fradz deals 1.2x damage per attack during this form.
3)Gains 1000 hp and 10 armor also stun based attacks against Fradznow last a shorter duration (-50%)
4)Whenever Fradz lands a finishing bow against a target. The target explodes dealing 5xagi damage to all enemies around the dead target (200 range).
(Target will explode only when killed by Fradz 's initial attack NOT from cleave or other spells.)
5)Every 5 seconds , all enemies within 500 range of Fradz receives 1000 magical damage. (Enemies must be within 500 range around Fradz for the full 5 seconds to receive the damage )
Example if an enemy moves away from the 500 range at 4 seconds , it receives no damage.
Spell last 30 seconds
Max Level of spell : 10
Each Level of spell give:
1)-0.1 second delay on the Grand Slam leaping duration
2)+1.5%chance to poc Grand Slam
3)+200 , +2 armor

Ultimate Ability Fradz (@)
Dargon Shock (Single Target>Area)
Cooldown :100 seconds
Cost : 300 mana
What it does :Call forth a beam of pure energy from the heavens and smites the target. Dealing 5000 + 50xAgi in magic damage. All units within a 1000 range are purged (-100% attack speed and movement speed ) for 5 seconds and receive 2.5x of Fradz's total damage . If the initial target survives the strike , it gets marked with a de-buff.
***Special de-buff: Echoing Fury: Attacking the marked target ,Fradz gains 30 mana per hit and 10% lifesteal . Also every third hit on the marked target reduce the cooldown of the spell by 2 seconds. Target also have -10 armor , -10% attack speed for the full duration while silenced for 10 seconds. LAST FOR 30 SECONDS.
Max Level of spell : 10
Each Level of spell give:
1)+2x multiple Agi in damage to the initial target.
2)+1% lifesteal on hit
3)+2 mana per hit
4) increase armor reduction by 1
5) -4% attack speed
6) increase silence duration by 1

Heal ability for Galeoth
Cryollization(Self)
Cooldown :20 seconds
Cost: 120 mana
What it does : Galeoth turns to a indestructible crystal form but is unable to move , attack and cast spells. You heals 5% of total hitpoints and 8% of total mana per second . Also he gains Magic Immunity and bonus 100 armor , 7 second duration. YOU CAN'T DIE WHILE IN THIS FORM
Max Level of spell : 10
Each Level of spell give:
1)+0.5 % hitpoints regen per second
2)+0.8% mana regen per second
3)+5% physical damage reduction

Fradz Special Ability
Marked for death (Single target)
Cooldown : 30 seconds
Mana cost : 0
Last for 15 seconds , adds one extra second duration for each crit Fradz does to the marked target.
What it does : The marked target receive 20% extra damage from all sources . While Fradz is engaging with the marked target , he gains 20% attack speed and 15% damage till the duration ends or the target is destroyed .
**Note:Attacking an unmarked target does not toggle this bonus even if a marked target is nearby.

Phodom Element Ability
Eragon's Rage (Passive)
What it does :Phodom embraces his true powers and gains a passive 10% chance of dealing x5 str (Pure) to a single target . Chance of inflicting increases per level. Also 5% chance of summoning fury element that hovers over Phodom's head.
*Fury element has 500 attack range and hits every target within that range.
**Fury element has 60% of Phodom's attack speed and weapon damage.
***Only one Fury element can be summoned . LAST FOR 10 SECONDS.
Max Level of spell : 10
Each Level of spell give:
1)+2% attack speed and weapon damage of Phodom's.
2)+2 seconds on Fury element duration
3)+2% chance of dealing x5 str (Pure) to a single target

Galeoth Element Ability
Mystic Archon (Self) (@)
Cooldown :40 seconds
Cost : 120 mana
What it does : Galeoth splits his soul and create an perfect clone of himself. (The clone follows Galeoth and is controllable)
due to splitting his soul . Galeoth takes extra of 30% more damage from all sources in return both him and his clone can use spells and item abilities with individual cooldown.
Clone last 20 seconds
Max Level of spell : 10
Each Level of spell give:
1) +1 second duration of clone
2) -1.5% damage increase penalty upon himself

Description: Everyone must answer the calling of Mephisto, even Death itself

Doom Sphere (Set item)
+200 damage + 50 all stats + 30% attack speed (targets have negative health regeneration)
Reaper's Scythe
+ 100 damage (10% to kill any mobs *except bosses and mighty monster* in a single hit)
Vladmir's Offering
+ 15 armor + 15% attack speed + 15% life steal + 5 mp/sec
Full set gives

10 armor + (10 armor aura)

Devil Pack (Passive)
You lose 50 hp per second when equipping this item but gains 500 hp per monster killed, monster slayed by you explodes and deals 5x your MAIN stat in a 150 area.
Mephisto's Calling (active)
Causes the user to go completely insane and attacks with unstoppable fury, gains 300 damage boost and 100 % speed for 5 seconds, cool down 50 seconds. In this state you receive extra 100% extra damage from all sources.

Description: One does not simple travel around the world without these.

Reveals all blocked sight vision in a huge 2000 area and also sees invisible units

Item set (Mythical)
Helm of the Prime Evil
Description: The wrath of the greater evils merges, the world comes to an end. (I got to do this due to my over excitement from the Diablo 3 expansion)

Horns of Mephisto
+150 int + 500% mp regeneration
*Releases a frost nova that damages all nearby enemies (400 range) every 10 seconds dealing intx5 damage
**Slows all movement and attack speed of all nearby enemies (400 range) by 50%

Mark of Diablo
+150 str + 300 damage + 30 armor + 25% life-steal
*Each hit you deal on a target leaves a mark, dealing a bonus 50 damage on each EXTRA attack (stacks infinite)
**If marked target is killed it explodes and dealing strx5 damage in a 800 range

Mask of Baal
+150 agi + 50% attack speed + 200 movement speed + 500% hp regeneration
*30% chance of summoning a tentacle that deals 100 damage to a single target (has 200 attack range), you can summon a total of 10 tentacles
**When killed, the hero comes back to life (300 second cooldown)

Fires a hellish blast to a single target dealing (Main stat x 40) damage
