For general knowledge..i'd like to point out that 99% of the users registred to ask one or two questions towards Tools ( tools section ) then never really came back.
a lot registred, but not many are active...the active members here could be counted on fingers. active doesnt mean posting, commenting or voting your own map.

yeah there are few active people, but really the mindset of someone who can't mod or skin or stuff is that this is just a download site, not much to chat about. once you actually submit sumthin i think you start to realize this is a forum too...
