What is a 90 degree cliff?
If you mean cliffs made from very steep terrain then yes it is completely possible. Like it was possible before without sharpcraft. Use a custom MiscData.txt which removes the limit. Unlike before, this now goes in the path Warcraft III\war3.mpq\UI.
