Terrain Flipping

I just learned that you can copy and paste sections of land in the editor, but is there anyway the flip/reverse/rotate a section of land so that the copy/paste part can be used to make symmetrical maps?

Sure. Select your terrain you wish to mirror, copy it, then go to Edit, Mirror Paste vertically / Horizontally / ... and paste on the region you want the mirror to be.
