Im not sure if this is the place to put this but i finally figured out how to remove them fatal squares and thought everyone should know too.
What is a fatal square?
A: I can best describe it as a part of your map that wont turn to water, it wont even be smoothed out. I call them fatal squares, because if you fight over one where shallow water and land meet it can cause you to fatal error. The old method of taking care of them was simply raising the ground til it was covered.... But honestly if you intend for a spot to have water you should have it water. The Picture Attachment shows what they look like.
--------------How To Remove---------------------
First you have to copy good terrain, one that can be lowered to be water and raised again to be land again. The simplest way is just copying a large body of water on your map and pasting it over the fatal area.
Too people new to world editor.... It is possible to copy past terrain.
You click on the map, then drag and you will notice a big green square get larger(everything inside the green square is what you will copy) After you highlight the area you want to copy. Push Ctrl + C That will copy, then scroll over to the fatal area and push Ctrl + V That will past it. simply click over the area to paste, and thus the fatal spot is gone.
Now you are free to continue your mapping without annoying spots like that.
