Temple Interface

Hey guys, pretty long time ago I ran onto a map called amazing boss fights or w/e. It had awesome interface and I really wanted the same for my map. I gently asked the maker of the map to tell me where to find that interface, but he never responded. I searched Google and some god-forsaken cites for it. Today I found a map called Temple Horror and it has the same damn interface. Sadly the maker isn't responding once again. The link to the map is below.
