How can I remove that text? (Item)

Hey guys, I created a custom item for my Jungle Map.
Now there are two which are annoying me.
How can I remove these textes.
I already looked in the Game Interface, but I couldn't find anything.
Please don't just tell me it's in the Game Interface, tell me exactly where it is

Is that German? Well uh i don't know German, it just looks German, and is your Warcraft.. German?

Anyway, i think the text above (with the 7) is in Text - General - '%s (|cffed312Numpad %u|r)', just below 'Every %d points increase armor by 1', as i believe it's the (Numpad 7).

And the text below, which i believe is the Left Click To Use is in Text - General - '|CFFFED312Left-Click to Use|R', just below the hours, minute, minutes, miss..
