Tech based skill upgrade

How would I make it that when you do a tech upgrade a skill gets stronger?
Cause I'm trying to make it that when you do a priest upgrade its heal gets stronger.
I have the Ability Level Bonus on the upgrade and set to 1 and +1 per upgrade
I just don't know what I have to do with the heal skill.

Make the ability can be ONLY upgraded/leveled up using Upgrade/Research, not Hero Level 2 = Ability Level 2
It kinda like Talent System
Hero Level 1 = Ability Level 1
Hero Level 5 OR Upgrade Something From Shop = Ability Level 2

Actually non-hero skills that don't require learning can be upgraded too. See, you can set which levels unit will have with trrigers or upgrades. Not sure which exactly upgrade can do it, but I'm pretty sure you should like still check them out.

also, don't forget to add the upgrade you are using to the "Upgrades Used" field for the priest. his heal won't upgrade unless you do that.
