TargetPointofItemAbilityBeingUsed?

Hi!
So when creating a custom trigger-based spell, you oftenly need to do something like:

• Set TempPoint = Target Point of ability being cast

Now I want to do this exact same thing, but my spell is casted from an item. Can I set TempPoint to TargetPointOfItemBeingUsed or something?
