Target Cursor for Shooting game!

Hey! Can someone create a cursor with just the target model that lights up red when over a target? Full credit will be given. I'm creating a Zombie Shooting game, a click and shoot game.

there is a fade filter that might be of some help that you can layer with the black white one tinted red.

Oh, and that link 3qr... showed me is not the kind of target i want >.<. I just need a cursor with a target. Not the whole full screen thing. It's like the little hand cursor for wc3, but i just need the target.

do you want to use:
Human
Orc
Undead or
Nightelf cursors?

Undead looks most realistic.

I think whatever race you like will be fine . I have no preference. What looks best to you will work best for me!
