Hmm, you say the map has fixed things but not the description I see. The screenshots don't work and the description itself doesn't provide any info about the game. Those who didn't play the older version (like me) cannot know what the map is about. So fix your description first of all.

I reviewed your older version that got rejected. I'm certain I've posted the map submission rules on it. If I haven't, please click on that link. It can tell you what the description needs to have.
