Summon 2 Units(Infernals) with same expiration time

Hi there,
I try to make a dreadlord who can summon 2 Infernals at once.
My goal is that the 2 Infernals have the time bar(the blue one), which shows the remaining living time of the units. I know that it's possible, but don't know how I could make it.
I don't want to make a trigger with a timer,because this doesn't look so well.
So anybody knows how It could work ?

Easy said : I want 2 Infernals summoned with the Infernalskill at the same time and keep the remaining time bars.
please help

Wait a second, i got a better idea, modify the rain of chaos abillity, that would be a lot easyer for you.

Thx, but your ideas doesn't ssem to help, but I found add expiration timer, so I solved the problem

rain of chaos makes everything so much easier, just use that
