Suggestion: GI documentation

The global ignore thingeh.

Shouldn't new members or others that are GI'd just get a userclass and/or some proper documentiation? >.<
I didn't know 'bout it until mods told me, and even then the description felt rather vague at the time.
Or is the documentation there and it just went right by?

Information people, information. As far as I know, new users aren't informed about the GI at all.

Just make a message about it while/after signing up. Give them a link of where they need to go to get it cleared. Or hell, make it somebody's job to clear GI users. Just have GI Users contact him/her/them.
