city states unit limit decreas to 75
satyr, buff normal units
nature, buff heroes
empire, decrease tower cost, maybe allow to recapture their own spawns?
barbarian AND panda, they need more friends :/ every nation around them cept high elves have bigger/better spawns. lets show em some love and increase the rate of panda babies (increase spawns/unit strength maybe?)
High elves should do special dmg type to overcome for their obvious weeknesses against some nations, and strength verse others.
dark elves need a nerf imo, maybe its just me, i dont play them alot.

that dwarf traitor hero.... BUFF seriously, 3 allies for this guy? hes good sure... but good doesnt fight off 3 angry angry city states.
