Strength of the Tribe - ability triggered by exact number of units

Hello Triggers & Scripts board! I come to you as a beginner, and to ask a question.

There is an ability that I'm planning to make for my custom campaign. For me it's pretty complicated one. Let me explain. There will be some number of units with Strength of the Tribe ability, it's passive, no upgrades needed for it etc. It works like that:
1) If there are more than 8 units with Strength of the Tribe in the area around unit with it, this unit gets bonuses (small increase to attack rate and attack speed, and armor rate). If unit called Priest is among this 8 units, it gives also small increase to hit points regeneration.
2) If there are more than 14 units with Strength of the Tribe in the area, it works the same way, but little bit stronger.
I have actually no idea to make it work properly, so I came here.

Hello. I moved the thread to World Editor Help Zone. Trigger & Scripts is for existing triggers. WEHZ is if you need help with getting started with a trigger.

You should look into Unit group - pick units in range matching condition. The condition should be matching unit has specific buff.

Add units with the passive into a unit group. Periodically pick units in the group, and pick nearby units using the condition above.
