StormReaver Campaing

I'm finally settling on a base project to POST here on the Hive before the end of this year. I present to you - StormReaver's Call


A campaign focused entirely on the actions of the Stormreaver clan and Gul'dan after the invasion of the Isle of the Tomb of Sargeras.
Naturally, much of the story has been reimagined and adapted from previous games — including units, characters, and other elements. This is a campaign that takes the original journey to the island as a foundation to build something much larger.

  • Completely new heroes.
  • Unique and reworked upgrades and spells.
  • A new tech tree that evolves across chapters, focusing on Orcish clans, trolls, and mur'guls.

    The project is relatively new — I've only been working on this map for three days so far.
    Suggestions and constructive feedback for the beginning of this campaign are very welcome.

As promised, the final version is ready — Did you notice any bugs? Any suggestions? Feel free to share them below. I’m completely open to all kinds of feedback!

Main updates on the Orc/Murloc Tech Tree are being made, objectives and rune/buff systems are also being worked on -- Decoration is almost complete, and enemy AI, and MAYBE ally AI, are also being developed. The second map is almost ready -- Unique items and new units are also being worked on. Does anyone know if having Ogres in the Stormreaver army makes sense? I believe it's only with the Twilight Hammer, but I haven't found any information about that..

This is a really cool idea, and we don't have campaigns that cover the Stormreaver story after Gul'dan's death. Would love to see more screenshots in this thread as they become available.

Hey tulee! So, the campaign is still in development, over time I haven’t been able to start the third map yet, and the second map is almost finished. Unfortunately, I can't send any pictures right now, but this is the file. If you have time, I’d really appreciate it if you could take a look at the map overall terrain and decoration in general and share your opinion. I haven’t received any feedback on the map design of this campaign yet, and that’s been a bit discouraging. You’d actually be the first one. (If the file doesn’t open for you, try opening a different map file first, and with that still open, run this one. It’s a current bug in the editor that sometimes happens.)
