If I remember correct there is an option called " set current health of triggering unit... " When you said "%" you mean the maximum health of the summoner? If yes do this
Event - A unit been summoned
Condition - Summoned unit equal to (...)
Action - Set Current health of Summoned unit to the current health of "Summoner"
Warseeker is technically correct but it's buggy in more than one way.
1. The summoned unit needs to have more health than the caster
2. it will make the health bar half-filled upon summoning which is a bad quality of life
Short answer, don't do it. It's not worth the effort.
It's not as bad for these particular stats. The health one can be done with one ability and 10 abilities for damage will get you anywhere from -512 to 511 damage. You can skip the negative damage one to get 0 to 511 with 9 abilities. That is still a lot of damage unless you use crazy high numbers in your map.
