Help: opening my model with vertexmodify

Hello! I'm having some problems with my model editing for wc3 maps.
I learned how to model using gmax, making static models (buildings, etc), and got the idea for that. Now I got 3DStudio Max so I'm trying some animations. I'm also trying to make my own textures in photoshop so I can map them into my models. I wanna have all the material designed by myself.

But, I'm having some problems. I'm using all the tools to convert mdx/mdl and blp/tga;jpg;etc. I'm also using vertex modify to do the mapping, and that's where the trouble begins. I'm getting the "Subscript out of range" error message when I try to open my converted model on it. I don't know what's wrong with the model. It contains a single Walk animation. I don't know if I named the animation or something else wrong or what.

I'll link the texture I prepared to the model (It's a very simple one) and the 3dstudio file, so someone can help me if you want to :).

Thanks in advance

I've run into problems here aswell, if you're trying to map the model as a 3DS file, the Vertex Modifier won't accept it, if you find a 3DS-MDX/MDL converter, pass it on to me, would you?
