starcraft 2 galaxy editor shows question marks instead of letters

starcraft 2 galaxy editor shows question marks instead of letters.. I have a Russian version of the program and this question mark thing appeared before too when I installed some games that were on that language.. so what's the problem? I have Russian language installed on my computer and reads Russian letters.. why doesn't it read on some programs and shows "???? ? ??" instead a letter?

I have Windows 7 + I have updated all drivers so that can't be causing a problem..

It is a typeface/font problem. '?' is show for every character which it is missing a font for.

I suspect those strings are some form of Unicode internally. You will need to download unicode extension fonts for those characters (simple ASCII like fonts will not work).
