i want an ability like DOTA balanar's passive skill that activates during night time and deactivates during day time..help me please

the ability gives vision of all enemy units during nigh time..and an increased movement speed..but the unit with the ability takes increased damage from spells

I'm writing the scripting, and wut, no, this is why people are always affected by poorly made things, if u don't make MUI spells, this knowledge will pass down to the other, then it will keep passing on and on and on.
And by the next generation, when we google MUI spells, google will say: Not found.

Edit: And nobody wants this to happen, right? So we MUST PASS DOWN THE TRADITION OF MUI SPELLS!
and keep it alive, forever, so our next generation will be smart, or even smarter than us.
