Spell based on Flamestrike bugs!

Hi all!

I working on a map called Knockback, and was making a spell for a hero based over Flamestrike (as changeing turnon/off string didn't worked if i used cluster rockets). Everything seems to work as intended, except that a few random targets get a permenent flamestrike debuff, and everything starts to lagg as shit! The buff/effects string is removed (set to none), and duration to 0.01 (as 0.00 didn't worked). yet, how come it still happens?

btw, in a crowd of about 8-10 creeps, 2-3 of them gets flamestrike debuff. And i can say that its not the spell that leaks, as it uses 100% same script as another spell that works perfect....
