But last December, we had a freak heatwave where it was like 15 celcius on Christmas Day and all of the snow melted, and it was like 18 degrees for 2 weeks after that. It was wierd.

Pffffft! 18 Degrees! OMG only. SA gets to about 40 degrees quite often. Todays its about 24 degrees.

We just got hit big time. Close to 40 centimeters of snow over last night and today. This huge storm starting in Texas (of all places) and managed to get to us. It was epic. Freezing rain first like hell, then an assload of snow, and the result was the worst type of snow you could ever have to deal with, wet on the bottom, powder on top, and frozen to every surface from the rain.
