Here it is. Our first snow that actually amounts to something. This picture is from when I woke up, but it's as deep as a foot in some places.

Same.

And WILL, Quebec/Northern Ontario is about the best your gonna get for snow :p

YAY for St-Laurent and Great Lakes Valley!

Though I hear you got the bigger part of the snow storm.

@Picsticks: South Africa is a given for snowless winters... I mean, not only is it in Africa, but it's in the south. So yeah, not much chance for snow there. :)

Denmark is kinda snowfree right now.. It'll only freeze at night.. So far we've only had hail. But certainly looking forward to some beautiful snow landscape.

Yeah, in terms of actual snow, with the exception of BC and the Rockies because they suck, Quebec and Northern Ontario are the best for snow. You don't get retardedly cold temperatures, like Yukon/Nunavut/Alaska, etc, and you get tons of snow.

BC for the win! It's raining now, has been all day, but we still have 1/2 a foot. We had 2 feet last night. Oh and BC doesn't come close to anywhere else is Canada! The Rockies do of course, they are a lot higher up.

Hmmm... the last time it snowed in my town was 1958... I've seen pictures of people building snowmen on the beach.

But it did snow in Malibu a while ago. Who knows... it is really cold out and we do have a storm coming in Friday. =D

Nice sunset.

Bleh, the only hope we ever get of having a snow day is if it rains a lot, but then there's a really big freeze overnight, then a thin coating of now.

Drivers go on the snow, thinking it's okay, then SLIP and crashes everywhere.

"Hello, Mrs. ___? Yes, the roads are too icy today for the buses to go out. School's canceled. Have a nice day."

Its summer here, nothing but ..heat..
gets so hot here in the deep of summer I crawl on the floor crying and fainting so many
A sweaty Christmas, just..awesome. not.
Give us a picture or video. :3 XD

Random thing:
I just re-finished the basics of my skinning for the 10th time... wouldn't suprise me if I discovered some tiny thing to tweak so I have to remake it again.

I've got nothing but snow here, though it HAS warmed up a tad, so it's not quite as awesome as it was.

But last December, we had a freak heatwave where it was like 15 celcius on Christmas Day and all of the snow melted, and it was like 18 degrees for 2 weeks after that. It was wierd.

Maggots are cute? o.0

Anyway... storm is coming in for me tonight, if it gets cold enough we may have some flakes... but it would melt by 6:00am.

Where I live, we have had snow only once in all recorded history. I was not alive then. Thus, I am jealous.

Werewulf, what country do you live in. I assume it is New Zealand but I cannot be sure.

Once, just once, it got sort of snowy around my area of Australia. It was about 1.5 years ago (Not the winter I last had, the one before it). I was coming back from my Dad's house, and it started raining, then hailing. It [the hail] got really different to what it was normally like. I guess that was sleet. I've been to the snow a couple of times. It is cool (no pun intended) but I hurt my leg skiing and wussed out.

This reminds me of the Aussie student who is getting charged with assault for throwing a snowball and accidently flaring up another worker's old injury. Has she never heard of an accident?

Well... no snow. Storm came through and didn't drop any... near my house. I can look up at the mountains and see some snow caps. Meh... 45 minute drive though.
