Slows/Hastes that diminish over the duration

I was wondering if there is any slow (and hastes) that reduce/increase movement speed and return to normal over time. This is found often in AoS games or MOBA's such as DotA, League of Legends, or HoN.

I was hoping there is just a spell, otherwise I might have to play with movement values or recast slows frequently.

There may be an ability which does it, but I don't know it..

You could use something like endurance aura and increase/decrease the speed by setting the level over a duration. Alternatively just trigger the whole increase/decrease, and if you need a buff just use an aura in a spellbook

The ability you're looking for is Purge.
It slows the unit and the unit will regain its movement speed over time.

If you want more control, you could always resort to Triggers.

Go to ability - special - items - and find Item temporary speed bonus . If you want to make it automatic when the item was gathered , go to item and find rune of speed .

It does like a slow, try negative values in the slow to make it increase movement speed.

Description of the User: A rune of haste that can make the unit increase it's movement speed that lasts up to desired seconds or duration.

Purge and Shadow Strike have diminishing slows over time by default.
