You might be able to slow down hashtable operations by filling it with millions of values.

I almost consider this a troll post, that's how little information you've give as to what you're asking for. There are a lot of things you need to clarify for us before we know what you want us to help you with.

I want to see how much weight a Hashtable can endure before it slows down.

Try it in powers of 2. Fill the hashtable with 2*13,14,15, and so forth, until you notice it slow down.
