Hi, what you've seen is a model. A model often requires a skin, too. But when you downloaded the skin, you only got the texture, because the model it's made for is normaly a model which is already part of Warcraft3.

Exactly as Pajam said. Did the model you downloaded have the exact shape of some WC3 model? Like maybe a crypt fiend or something, if so, then you only need to import the texture.
