[Import] Skinning issue! Invisible skins.

Hey guys! I'm sorry if this isn't the right place but I didn't know where else to put it.

I'm trying to import a custom skin based on Textures\DungeonDoodad0.blp. I've made the skin, saved it as a .tga, and brought it over to the Warcraft 3 Viewer which has a converter from .tga to .blp. But when I convert, the skin is invisible! The file exists but its size is 0 and there is nothing there. Can anyone tell me what's going on?
