Skilled mapers For : Resident Evil Umbrella Assault

I started a Resident evil map over a half year ago , but i cant finish it , i dont know how to solve some trigger and terraian bugs. I made plenty of models for this , cars, trucks ,guns ,buildings ,items etc. It can be a good map and i dont want my work to wasted :/

map main points
Weapon System
Click-shot , your marine shoots when you click on enemy . There are 6 weapons:
-M4a1
-submachine gun
-rocket launcher
-pistol
-mine thrower( mines explode after 3 sec)
-shotgun
...
hand grenades

Ammo and weapon chosing
to choose a weapon you have to take an item and simple use it to load and use again to unload , ammo is represented by charges of your weapon-item , to reaload you have to use Clip item ( all weapons use diffrent ammo)

terrain
most of buildings are transparent , there are some buildings that you can eneter (they are roofless) , here is one of biggest problems , buildings are dooads and use path blockers but i used too many of them :( and dunno how to solve this.
