Metal Gear Solid Themed Campaign

Looking for someone who'd like to try making a stealth based campaign similar to the Metal Gear Solid series.
Some features I've brainstormed:
- Stealth-oriented hero spells (windwalk, sleep, shadowmeld, etc.)
- Weapon items with charges as ammo (sniper rifles, pistols, mines, poison dart guns)
- Additional items to improve weapon and hero efficiency (scopes, silencers, special weapon rounds)
- Military rations acting as health/mana regens.
- Plot is revealed through enemy dialogue and readable documents.
- Critical points in the campaign that determine one of multiple endings.
- Hero has low health pool/armor, forcing stealth over open combat.
- Multi-path maps with ventilation ducts/catwalks to make stealth easier.
I can't make this map myself (I'm a mac user and world editor is no longer available). If anybody wants to make this, I'm open for consultation.
