These are another kind of wood elves, not the DnD/warhammer ones.. the tolkien wood elves are just elves who live in the woods.

Looks great! I linked some textures in a thread earlier that might look good for the ground, you can find them here. I was thinking of the "GarvelDark" and "NewRock2" tiles in particular - you can ignore the rest, though perhaps they would look good for other maps.

Thanks, the textures look really good. I'll probably use them If i can figure out a good distribution for my ground models .. alpha tiling stuff..


If you're still thinking about Uruk-Hai, I think it will be hard to beat CW's textures that fit grunts/warlocks/fellords perfectly. It really makes the orcs look evil and intimidating. If you can capture the same spirit then it will be awesome!!

CW's textures already make other models for uruks I've seen look like plastic toys

The problem with these is they make everything in wc look like crap! They're so high quality and so little space. We need more of them so we can use these, PLEASE do other races!

Awsome! Combining these models with some well made terrain and high quality doodads would make a very visually impressive map. I'd like to make one to show them off, look farward to them coming out.

i love the models but you've named all the blp's the same thing for your sindar archer and spearman so trying to use them both in a map doesn't work

All Sindar models use the same texture, so you only need to import one SindarElf.blp file.
