I need this spell can someone do it for me

Levels : 1

Mana Cost : 5

Description : When activated increases the movement speed by 5 and also increases mana consumption by 5 per second, stops when mana is depleted or activated again

Few questions : Is the movement speed bonus a percent and does this spell drain mana per second ??? Just asking because maybe I can do this for you .
