Request: Merging of 2 spells namely, Fade System v1.3 by crehym from hiveworkhop and Ball Lightning from Storm Spirit from DotA

Ball Lightning
Storm Spirit becomes enveloped with energy, losing his physical form, and travels until he depletes his mana or reaches his target. While in this form, he deals damage to nearby units based on how far his electrical form has traversed. Damage, speed and area of effect improves per level.

Notes:
• If the Storm Spirit runs out of mana while traveling he will stop immediately.
• Initial mana cost: 15 + 7% of total mana pool.
• Mana cost per 100 units traveled: 10 + 1% of total mana pool.
• Instant cast abilities can be used while traveling.
• While using this ability, the Storm Spirit is invulnerable.

Other Notes:
• This spell does not have any damage
• Initial mana cost and mana cost per traveled can be edited
• "NOT IT vJASS"

he deals 5000 damage if he had traversed 5000 range ?

where is the damage, speed and area of effect improvement ?
give example, please ?


It is already stated in Other Notes:
This spell does not have any damage

the (1)speed and (2)area of effect doesn't matter since
1. the spell is from Blink ability
2. there is no damage done so there won't be any effect on the area which the unit will blink to

you were just referencing ball lightning from dota to make it clear, weren't you ?

I'll see what i can do, but i couldn't promise anything yet...

I have already made the spell you requested..

the only problem i have is, the initial mana cost and the mana cost per 100 units traveled...

what do you mean by mana pool ? max mana ?
if yes, then you can use this test map...

anyway, you can configure :

- Initial Mana Cost = Initial_Mana_Cost
- Mana Cost Per 100 units traveled = Mana_Cost_Per_100_Units
- Invulnerable/Vulnerable = Turn_Invulnerable
- Transparency = Transparency_Value

this is the best i could do, the instant abilities usage while blinking cannot be done by me.
