can you explain to me this?
1% maximum health

and also can you give me a math solution for this hehe

% just mean 1/100

So if you want to have X% of something, then you do X/100.
X can be any number.

since % means one out of 100 you simple do.. maxhp / 100 = 1% of max hp

you can also.. currenthp / (integer)%currenthp = 1% of max hp

some spells use this for hp regen

On some maps 1% healing is too much on others it is not enough.
Having 1.000 hit points and having 1% hp regen means +10 hp regen per second, this is not so much, it is going to take 100 seconds to replenish all your hitpoints, 1 minute and 40 seconds.
