Simple Anti Magic Zone bubble model

I've searched everywhere for an effect similar to the Anti Magic Zone hemisphere seen in WoW.

What I need is a semi-transparent hemisphere (bubble) such that you can see units that are underneath it. The tinting color isn't too important, though I light pink would be nice, or yellow.

Does anyone know if a model similar to this already exists? I've looked at the chornosphere model and other similar models but none of them quite fit the bill.

Any modelers out there that could make this for me? I'm guessing it's relatively easy to do.

It doesn't need to be all shiny, a solid pink color would be fine, as long as there's transparency and you could see units through the bubble.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
